Marnie Greenberg, Esquire came to Land Services USA with three years experience as a self-employed real estate attorney, where she handled between 100 to 150 residential closings per month. Before entering the title industry, Marnie served under the Honorable Peggy L. Ableman for two terms as a Superior Court Law Clerk in Wilmington, Delaware. Immediately prior to her clerkship, Marnie worked as a law clerk, and then as an Associate, for the corporate law firm of Chimicles and Tikellis, LLP in Wilmington, Delaware.Ms. Greenberg is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College (B.A., English, 1994) and Widener University School of Law in Delaware (J.D., 1999). Marnie studied International Law and Human Rights in Geneva, Switzerland in the summer of 1998 and sat as a Pupil on the Delaware Valley Environmental Inn of the American Inns of Court (1998-1999). Ms. Greenberg was also named in the 1999 Edition of Who's Who of American Law Students. Marnie is admitted to the bar of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations.
