Kathleen A. Mikelson is Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer, Sales Coordinator and Office Manager of Land Services USA, Inc. in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Kathe is responsible for maintaining transactional spreadsheets, client event and activity lists, transferring funds, monitoring investment accounts, banking access and authorization, disbursing multi-site commercial transactions to service providers, settlement funding and human resources. Prior to joining Land Services USA, Inc., Kathe was an assistant to the Vice President and Manager of the Philadelphia Commercial National Title Office of Fidelity National Title Insurance Company in Philadelphia. Before joining the commercial side of the title insurance business, Kathe was a Senior Treasury Analyst at LandAmerica Financial Group (Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company) in Philadelphia for over 25 years. Her duties included monitoring banking relationships for over 700 national bank accounts, assisting the treasurer with credit facilities and arbitrage relationships, authorizing and funding all international wire transfers, and statutory deposit compliance with individual state insurance departments.

Eileen M. (Ward) Christian, Esquire is Senior Vice President, Underwriting Counsel and National Closing Coordinator for Land Services USA. Eileen was previously Vice President and National Title Services Division Underwriting Counsel with a national title insurer. She also practiced law in the Real Estate Department of the law firm, Bleakley Platt & Schmidt in White Plains, NY where she had a transactional practice and represented several institutional lenders. Eileen earned her B.A. Degree from the University of Scranton in 1983 and her JD from St. John's University School of Law inJamaica, New York, in 1986. She is admitted to the Bars of New York, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. Eileen is a member of the PA, Chester County and Philadelphia Bar Associations and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Philadelphia.

Cori Connors, Esquire is a Commercial Title Officer with Land Services USA, Inc.'s satellite office in West Chester, PA . Cori earned her B.S. Degree in Finance from LaSalle University in 1995 and her J.D. from Seton Hall University in 1998. Her bar admissions include the State of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to joining Land Services USA, Cori was Counsel and Senior Title Officer at Fidelity National Title Insurance Company in Philadelphia, PA. Before entering the title industry, Cori was an associate attorney with Milstead & Associates, LLC in Cherry Hill, NJ where she handled Pennsylvania and New Jersey bankruptcy, mortgage foreclosure and real estate matters on behalf of financial institutions.

Karen L. Mark is a Senior Vice President, Underwriter and National Closing Coordinator with Land Services USA. Karen was previously Vice President, Underwriter and National Title Officer with two of the top three national title insurance companies. She has over 25 years of industry-related experience, more than half of which involves commercial real estate and the management of large scale, multi-site, multi-state acquisitions and financing transactions. Karen is a graduate of Temple University with a B.S. Degree in Education and has done graduate level work at the University of Pennsylvania. She also holds a Professional Certification from the American Land Title Institute. As a member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Philadelphia, Karen served on its board for two years.

Rachel L. Friedman, Esquire is a Commercial Title Officer with Land Services USA, Inc. Prior to joining Land Services USA, Rachel was in private practice with a focus on commercial litigation. Rachel's responsibilities include preparing commercial transactions for closing. Ms. Friedman received her B.A. from Tufts University, in Medford, MA and her law degree from Villanova University School of Law. Katherine Salaam is a Commercial Title Officer for Land Services USA. She originally joined the team in March 2005 as a Residential Settlement Coordinator. Katherine is also currently enrolled at Pierce College of Philadelphia pursing her bachelor degree in the paralegal studies program. Prior to joining Land Services USA, Inc, Katherine was employed by Fidelity National Title since 1996 where she was a residential coordinator. During that time, Katherine became a licensed real estate agent for American Dream Realty in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania and soon decided to pursue a career in the title industry.
