M. Gordon Daniels, Esquire is Chief Executive Officer of Land Services USA, Inc. in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Daniels formed Land Services USA in February 2005. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Daniels is responsible for underwriting complex title matters. He previously served as Vice President and Commercial Manager of a major national title insurer's National Division. Prior to that, he served in various legal positions including Senior NTS Counsel, Local Underwriting Counsel and Claims Counsel for a Philadelphia based national title insurance underwriter.
Mr. Daniels has been a frequent lecturer and panelist on commercial title insurance and real estate related topics. He serves on the Board for the Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of Industrial Office Properties and is a recent recipient of the National Association of Industrial Office Properties Greater Philadelphia Award. In addition to participating in real estate associations, Mr. Daniels is a former member of the Chadds Ford Township Planning Commission.
Mr. Daniels graduated from the University of Delaware, with a B.A. degree and from the University of Baltimore School of Law, with a J.D. degree. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations. Mr. Daniels resides in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania with his wife, Carolyn and their four children.

Michael G. Moyer, Esquire
|
Michael G. Moyer, Esquire serves as Senior Vice-President of Business Development for Land Services USA. In addition to Mr. Moyer's Business Development responsibilities, Mr. Moyer also serves as Counsel for Land Services USA, where he provides underwriting support and general legal counsel.
Prior to joining Land Services USA, Mr. Moyer served as Counsel and Senior Vice-President for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company’s National Title Services office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. While at Fidelity, Mr. Moyer formed and managed Fidelity's Direct Residential Department in Philadelphia and was a major contributor to the development of Fidelity's commercial presence in Philadelphia. While at Fidelity, Mr. Moyer was repeatedly appointed into Fidelity's coveted "Presidents Club", he was formally elected into Fidelity's Leadership Development Program and formally recognized for his Leadership in the field of Commercial Loans and Mezzanine Financing.
Before joining Fidelity, Mr. Moyer served as General Counsel of eCal Corporation where he provided complete legal support for eCal Corporation including oversight of various rounds of private funding, filing of the Company's S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission in an effort to take eCal public, general transactional work, Human Resources guidance and oversight of eCal's litigation matters. While at eCal, Mr. Moyer frequently traveled overseas to Helsinki, Finland and London to negotiate various transactions with Nokia Networks, Reuters and eCal of Japan.
Prior to his work at eCal Corporation, Mr. Moyer served as Associate General Counsel of GE Financial Assurance, a division of GE capital, where he provided transactional expertise. While at GE Financial Assurance, Mr. Moyer was awarded a Black Belt in Six Sigma, a highly coveted designation within GE.
Mr. Moyer received a J.D. degree from the Villanova University School of Law where he was a member of the Villanova Law Review. Mr. Moyer is a member of: the Pennsylvania Bar Association; the New Jersey Bar Association; the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the International Counsel of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Mr. Moyer received a B.A. degree from the University of Delaware.
Currently, Mr. Moyer serves on the Advisory Board of Brook Street Investments, LLC (“BSI”), a Pennsylvania based private equity firm that invests in small to middle market, closely held companies in the Mid Atlantic region.

Art Keegan |
Art Keegan is Vice President of Business Development. Prior to joining Land Services USA, Mr. Keegan was Vice President of Business Development with Fidelity National Title's National Title Services Office in Philadelphia. His responsibilities include developing new business for commercial and residential title insurance sales. Prior to the title industry, Mr. Keegan had an extensive business development background as a licensed insurance producer offering marketing services and insurance products to financial institutions.
Mr. Keegan received a B.A. degree from La Salle University and an M.A. degree from Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey. He is a member of the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, Urban Land Institute, CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Philadelphia and the HBA (Home Builders Association) of Chester and Delaware Counties. Mr. Keegan has also served as a volunteer on the Board of Directors for Camco Community Federal Credit Union in Barrington, New Jersey. Mr. Keegan resides in Haddonfield, New Jersey with his wife Amy and their children.

C. Richard Horrow, Esquire
|
C. Richard Horrow, Esquire is Vice President of Business Development. Prior to working in the title industry, Mr. Horrow built a multi-faceted Center City law practice focusing on real estate and business transactional work for local developers and business owners. Mr. Horrow’s legal background also includes positions as a tax and business attorney with the Philadelphia law firm of Pelino & Lentz, P.C. and the public accounting firm of PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
In addition to his law practice, Mr. Horrow currently serves as Board President of the Old City Civic Association and works extensively with local and state governmental officials and agencies on development, policy and quality of life issues central to one of Philadelphia’s most diverse and vibrant neighborhoods. In his capacity as President, Mr. Horrow also serves on the Board of the Independence Mall Business and Residents Coalition (IMBARC), the Old City Special Services District and is a member of the newly formed Central Delaware Waterfront Advisory Group. Prior to his work as a community representative, Mr. Horrow served on the Boards of the Philadelphia Fringe Festival, Philadelphia Film Society and Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers of the Arts.
Mr. Horrow received an LL.M. Taxation and J.D. degree from the Villanova University School of Law. Mr. Horrow received a B.S. degree in Accounting from Villanova University.

Robert (“Bob”) McCann is a Vice President of Business Development with Land Services USA. Prior to joining Land Services USA, Inc. Mr. McCann was CEO of American Family Mortgage Co., Atlantic National Home Funding and Regional Mortgage Co. and Director and Senior Vice President of Progress Realty Advisors Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Progress Financial Corp. and Progress Bank. Mr. McCann was Senior Vice President of Gilpin Van Trump and Montgomery, President of Gilpin of Pa. and Washington D.C. In his previous positions, Mr. McCann was instrumental in developing billions of dollars in residential and commercial mortgages.
Mr. McCann previously served as President of the Delaware Mortgage Bankers, served on the Fannie Mae Advisory Board, the Homeowners Warranty Board, and the National Mortgage Bankers Commercial Loan Advisory Committee. Mr. McCann developed a tax free revenue bond program for the City of Wilmington, Delaware.
Mr. McCann graduated from St. Joseph University with a B.S. in Business Administration. He currently serves on several school boards’ and charitable organizations’ finance committees; Mr. McCann resides in West Chester, PA with his wife of 43 years, Carol.

Nan Kelly is Vice President of Business Development with Land Services USA, Inc. With over 17 years of business development experience in the commercial banking and title business, Ms. Kelly brings a unique blend of real estate talents and professionalism to the Land Services team. She served as Vice President of Real Estate Finance for First Horizon Construction Lending, Vice President of Commercial Banking for Republic First Bank and Business Development Officer for Citizens Bank and Commonwealth Bank. In addition, Ms. Kelly was Owner/President of Signature Agency, Inc., a multi-million dollar title agency located on the Main Line. Throughout her career, she has enjoyed great success in developing contacts and initiating business relationships with multi-million dollar companies. She is also a skilled presenter and communicator.
Ms. Kelly attended Immaculata University. She is a board member of the Cardiovascular Institute, and a member of Business Connect, CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), CorNet and ULI (Urban Land Institute). Ms. Kelly is Co-Chair of William Penn Charter Middle School and serves as a volunteer for Vendemmia and the MS Society. Ms. Kelly resides in South Philadelphia with her son Charles.

Mary was previously a manager with Weichert Title Agency and has over 25 years experience in the real estate and title industry. Mary is a licensed Title Producer and holds an active real estate license with the State of New Jersey and is a member of the Burlington and Camden County Board of Realtors. Mary resides in Mt. Laurel with her husband, Larry, and their two sons.

Rachel Friedman, Esquire |
Rachel L. Friedman, Esquire is a Vice President of Business Development with Land Services USA, Inc. She works out of our New Jersey Branch. In addition to Ms. Friedman’s Business Development responsibilities, she is also a closer, closing primarily commercial transactions.
Prior to joining Land Services, Ms. Friedman was in private practice in Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia. Her focus was on commercial litigation. Ms. Friedman received a B.A. in political science from Tufts University and her J.D from Villanova University School of Law. Ms. Friedman is licensed to practice law in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut* and Florida*.
Ms. Friedman resides in New Jersey with her family.

William B. Conaty Sr. is an Account Executive for Land Services USA, servicing the state of New Jersey in its entirety. Prior to joining Land Services USA, Bill was president of Conaty Communications Inc., a company tht provides security services for the home and business. Bill was worked for ADT Security Services and Tyko International, Holding positions from Sales rep to regional general manager. Bill will grow the residential and commercial title insurance business in the South Jersey Area. Bill Attended the University of South Carolina and graduated from Goldey Beacon College.

Jessica Seltzer is an Account Executive for Land Services USA, with a territory covering the state of New Jersey. In this position, Jessica is able to utilize her 12+ years of communication/customer service experience to ensure client satisfaction. Immediately prior to joining Land Services USA, Jessica was Manager of Sales Support at Weichert Title Agency. In that position she maintained extensive contact with attorneys and realtors throughout the state of New Jersey, as well as supervising various areas of title production. Jessica is a licensed New Jersey Title Producer who currently lives in the Mt. Laurel area with her young son.
