Art Keegan of Land Services USA is the First Male to be Awarded CREW Philadelphia’s New Member Award

(January, 2007 – Philadelphia, PA)On Tuesday, December 12, 2006, CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Philadelphia held its award ceremony at the organization’s annual holiday party.  Art Keegan, Vice President of Business Development for Land Services USA, was awarded the 2006 New Member Award for his commitment to the group and his involvement in all CREW activities.  Art is the first male in the history of the organization’s Philadelphia chapter to receive an annual award, an accomplishment he values greatly.

“Art Keegan has made significant contributions to CREW Philadelphia during 2006,” states President Lisa Keane.  “He has served on the Membership and Nominations committees, regularly attends our monthly programs as well as the national convention, and is highly supportive to our initiatives.  We are thrilled to have Art as a member and we look forward to his continued involvement with CREW Philadelphia in the future.” 

As Vice President of Business Development for Land Services USA, Art is responsible for developing new business for commercial and residential title insurance sales. Prior to his work in the title industry, Art served as a licensed insurance producer offering marketing services and insurance products to financial institutions.  He received a B.A. degree from La Salle University and an M.A. degree from Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey.  In addition to CREW Philadelphia, Art is a member of the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, Urban Land Institute and the HBA (Home Builders Association) of Chester and Delaware Counties. Art is also heavily involved in the Philadelphia Children’s Alliance: Bear Affair Committee and previously served as a volunteer on the Board of Directors for Camden County Community Federal Credit Union in Barrington, New Jersey. He resides in Haddonfield, New Jersey with his wife Amy and their children.
