Land Services USA, the Leading Title Insurance Agency in the Philadelphia Region, Announces that C. Richard Horrow, Esquire Joins as VP of Business Development

(January, 2007 – Philadelphia, PA) Land Services USA, Inc. is proud to announce the appointment of C. Richard Horrow, Esquire as Counsel and Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Horrow brings several years of legal and business experience with him to Land Services.  He most recently built a multi-faceted Center City law practice focusing on real estate and business transactional work.  “I have worked extensively with local developers and business owners for a number of years.  I am looking forward to combining my legal expertise and passion for the real estate industry in the work I will be doing for Land Services USA,” states Mr. Horrow. 

Mr. Horrow serves as Board President of the Old City Civic Association, working extensively with local and state governmental officials and agencies on development, policy and quality of life issues central to the neighborhood.  He also serves on the Board of the Independence Mall Business and Residents Coalition (IMBARC), the Old City Special Services District and is a member of the newly formed Central Delaware Waterfront Advisory Group.  Mr. Horrow received a B.S. from Villanova University and an LL.M. Taxation and J.D. degree from the Villanova University School of Law.
